Title
Once we receive your order we are off and running to ensure that you are provided with the quickest turnaround in the industry. Immediately upon opening an order you receive a preliminary HUD 1 with all title, closing, and recording fees. Because our fees are guaranteed upfront, you never have any surprises or last minute charges. In addition, our advanced pricing engine will allow you to input your lender fees so you can provide a good faith estimate to your borrower instantly. For your added convenience we are also able to include your lender fees in your home template. Each time you log in simply enter a zip code and loan amount to generate a complete good faith estimate. It is that easy!
When it comes to title commitments, we deliver fast and accurate results. Our title commitments are consistently delivered within 48 hours, while some rural areas may take longer. A highly trained title examination staff will ensure that you get the right information the first time and in an easy to read format. Our title commitment highlights any exceptions and what must be done to clear any title issues prior to closing. In addition, with the extensive experience of our processors and in-house underwriters, we are able to resolve title issues quickly and effectively.
